A quick treatment is:
ADC = 3.0V fullscale.
3.0/4095 = volts per bit.
Or you can also use a ratio:
ADC (bits) / 4095 (bits) = ADCvolts (V) /3.0 (V)

Then you look at the ECG datasheet and above by gain to figure out
volts on the electrode input.
For more detail read section 9 of the manual which covers some sources of error.
