Where are we at with regard to the website? I'm back from holiday, and
no longer relying on phone/gprs. 

Do we want a confluence space? Should I go get one set up? Is someone
prepared to work on setting up the template? The best way to do that is
to download Confluence and set it up locally, with a local install of
the auto-export plugin. Then, someone with Confluence admin karma (e.g.
me) can paste that template into the plugin config (oh that it didn't
need confluence admin rights to do that, but that's another story).

If a space is what is required and agreed upon here, I'll go get it
done. Otherwise, let's carry on the conversation until we reach
agreement.
