Hey Paul,

Glad to hear you've sent in your CLAs.

While I'm not an Apache expert (anyone who is, feel free to correct me), I
believe the next step for you guys is to have [EMAIL PROTECTED] make accounts
for you. Once that happens, Brian McCallister -- as the project's champion
-- should be able to provide "karma" (read: access rights) for you (since
you, Paul Lindner <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, were listed on the initial committers
list in the project proposal). Since Lou wasn't on that list, he'll need to
send patches to this list which committers can then take for him. As Lou
gets more familiarity with the project, and submits patches that need "no
changes," the Shindig committers will be able to review his request for
commit access.

Cheers,
-Dan
