First step is to wait for receipt of the ICLA. It gets recorded in a
place that is accessible to all mentors, so as soon as it has been
noted, one the project mentors cans send the account request to [EMAIL 
PROTECTED]

Then, any of your mentors with the relevant karma (myself and Greg?) can
grant the karma (write access to the Shindig repo). Then you'll be good
to go.

If Lou was not on that list, then what you describe is correct.
