Paul Lindner commented on SHINDIG-31:
-------------------------------------
Kevin, can you ask your colleagues if they would consider defining the gadget
XML spec in the scope of the shindig reference implementation? This would
insure that the RI is in sync with the XML spec, and give a vendor-neutral
place to publish the DTD and xml namespace.
I feel we will lose a lot of momentum if we have to resort to JSR or IETF style
dickering to get additions to the gadget spec.

> To allow developers to specify their terms of service for their Application
> we should
> allow a way to specify terms of service inside the XML file:
> <tos xml:lang="en" type="text/html"
> url="http://www.example.com/myapp/tos.html"/>
> <tos xml:lang="es" type="text/html"
> url="http://www.example.com/myapp/tos-es.html"/>
