Agree by commits@ to dev@

Agree with Henning on the fact that discussions will be split. BTW
doing a reply on jira@ is a bad practice in general: issue tracking's
goal is to log every issues/comments :)
So I will prefer jira@ to dev@ so we could slow down users errors...
