Apache Hudson for Shindig ?

At one point there was a Cruise Control instance building shindig,  
but it doesn't appear to have done so successfully for ages.

Are incubator projects allowed to have space on the main Apache  
Hudson server ?

and, if we have a zone, are we able to publish the maven site in an  
automated way from a script on the zone?
I have a script on my people.apache.org account but crontab wont run  
it, and I am not reliable as crontab.
