For real? Depending on how you would want to scope this, I think we're
pretty lacking quite a bit of documentation, other parts that are not
missing are scattered over the web and in mailbox archives or
presentations..

For instance I have some install guides for php-shindig (and Partuza but
that's less relevant so feel free to leave them out) here:
http://www.chabotc.com/guides/shindig_install/
http://www.chabotc.com/guides/shindig_and_partuza_on_mac/

I think it was Anash Oommen who made class diagrams for php and java
shindig, but they were based on 0.7 and haven't been updated since (? +cc
anash).

Christian Schalk made a nice how-to create custom mysql adapters for
java-shindig (which I think are updated now, he did promise me something
like that :P +cc christian)

It could also be worth linking to practical & open source examples such as
sun social site, partuza, the new drupal intergration, and the various other
open source projects that use shindig

Last but not least (if i remember correctly, that's something of an
requirement of the incubating release) we should generate javadoc docs and
put them online too.
