For real? Depending on how you would want to scope this, I think we're pretty lacking quite a bit of documentation, other parts that are not missing are scattered over the web and in mailbox archives or presentations..

Christian Schalk made a nice how-to create custom mysql adapters for java-shindig (which I think are updated now, he did promise me something like that :P +cc christian) It could also be worth linking to practical & open source examples such as sun social site, partuza, the new drupal intergration, and the various other open source projects that use shindig Last but not least (if i remember correctly, that's something of an requirement of the incubating release) we should generate javadoc docs and put them online too.
