The proposed diff does remove all setters with the exception of setContent(...)
used for type != URL && href != null View content retrieval, which seems
reasonable to keep in for the time being (though we could do to clean that up
too)... so, that sounds like a great idea. I'll add a new rewrittenContent
LruCache. thanks!
