Attachment: rewriter-registry.patch
Updated patch attached. Code tested for both gadget rewriting and makeRequest
use cases. Test added for AbstractHttpCache, ensuring proper rewriting behavior
(through Guice as well for good measure).
This patch also removes a few small bits of unused code in various places.
Since the code is rather small and changes no behavior or configuration, I plan
to submit it shortly. I'm happy to respond to comments on the shindig-dev@
commit mail, or perhaps better, on this issue thread.
