Attachment: ahc-rewrite-fix.patch
Attached a fix for rewriting in AbstractHttpCache. This patch also prevents
double-rewriting/double-storage, though I'm not 100% certain I've covered all
the subtle bases. Warning, the code is pretty ugly, but will be fixed once
rewriting is pulled out of AbstractHttpCache in the first place (which I plan
to do in the next several days).
