1. Some files with tests (e.g. gadgets/ViewSpecTest.php) are empty. These are
probably kind of TODO but PHPUnit fails on them.
2. Output*ConverterTests call RestRequestItem::createWithRequest() with $token
set to null. This issues PHP catchable fatal error.
