well i agree with packaging (for industry class deployment) but i do not
think install script is uselless because it help setup a fully featured
solution in minutes and help quickly discover the potential of shinken.

Discovery is a really great tool and should survive the game. But it should
integrate more than a way to do it (for example discovery process should be
able to plug on various systems such as CMDB or inventory tools like fusion
inventory). And that is already done, we just need to make it easier to
extend (at least better documentation).

For skonf i think there is a lot of things to do, but the tool is in early
beta (alpha ?) stage.

My point of view is that some modules should live in contrib before being
available in official. (canopsis, tsca and so on for example)
