New Gem Support

_why,
     On windows it seem like once you have installed gems adding new gems is
null and void.
I ran the simple-rubygems.rb Hpricot, RedCloth, and Sources were all
installed fine. However
when I went to write another app (wanted sqlite support) the gems window
comes up
and then immediately leaves. If I delete the .shoes directory it works just
fine.
I looked at cache.rb but I don't see the problem.
