On windows it seem like once you have installed gems adding new gems is null and void. I ran the simple-rubygems.rb Hpricot, RedCloth, and Sources were all installed fine. However when I went to write another app (wanted sqlite support) the gems window comes up and then immediately leaves. If I delete the .shoes directory it works just fine.
I looked at cache.rb but I don't see the problem.

This may be off-topic, but I think that there is a problem with the sqlite3 gem. I have loaded several gems directly into Shoes, and they all work fine. Sqlite3, however, will load but I am unable to do anything with it.
