I've not poked in the code for a bit now, but wonder if there's a
good way to test out code on different platforms with unit tests.
I'm thinking, someone reports a problem on MacOSX, so they show you
the code. (You|someone) turns it into a test, and the next shoes
release goes out. We run the test script, it collects all the shards
of the bits that went BANG!, and we email (for a start, later like
Tattle or Rubicon it just sends) them back to your forensic lab.
You find out which bits go Pop on Vista(16|32) bit, Windows*, etc.

I haven't got much time just now to write code that will pop, but
would be happy to run tests on the machines I have access to,
subject to sensible sandboxing arrangements (just the local shoes
temp dir, or something). That way I can still help out a bit.

Maybe that gets "least helpful email of the week" award. Sorry.
