I think this should be split in two lines, because a one-item list is
kinda useless, so something like :
* https://pibb.com/go/shoes is the Pibb channel for web access
* #shoes on irc://irc.freenode.net is the IRC channel
Actually, that was a deliberate wart. :-) I'm not sure if we should
directly advertise the Pibb link, or just tell people to use the
regular Shoes IRC and keep the Pibb archive as a backup.
