Oooh...here's an idea: to clean your Shy Shoes, make a UUID for comparison. Sensitive information gets tagged and wiped if the UUID doesn't match. Sure, it wouldn't keep peeping Toms from finding your stuff, but it would help to avoid embarrassing situations.
