I think what we are talking about here is having an element which  
behaves like a regular element inside an app, but inside of it,  
behaves like a window, eventually in it's own sandboxed space, with  
seperate instance variables and global variables and the likes, loaded  
from a file or something. Like a real iFrame, not just like a div with  
overflow: scroll.
