Yep, the idea of building hackety hack on shoes is that i'll run on
anything shoes will. :)

I don't think it's rude at all. I'm supremely honored that you
think Hackety Hack is cool.
We're getting there. I slowed things down during the summer so I
could take a break. Also, I ended up adding some new things like
the threaded downloads and the new image cache. But all of this
work on Shoes is totally beneficial to having a good, stable,
crash-proof Hackety Hack. And things are speeding up again.
I've been working on a really nice editor for Hackety Hack and its
text rendering is slower than I'd like it be. I'm sorry for the
wait, maybe it would help if I set a firm goal of having H-ety H out
by Christmas.
