Where has this been mentioned before? I recently had a similar problem
trying to get my app running on a friend's window's machine except
that in my case, the app failed to run after complaining about this
error. Got a link to the earlier conversation? What did you do to fix
things?

I get it while running a packaged version of my application on
windows. Installing a copy of shoes from shoooes.net doesn't
generate the error.
The application goes on and works anyway in spite of it.
