Well, that says for cygwin I have to install the mingw for cygwin, and
I do actually have the mingw-runtime already. And I've got mingw
on this system as well, I forgot. But the build didn't work under
cygwin. So I'll have to roll a 20 to continue....
If anyone has any ideas I'll have another go, but for now I'll have
to leave this to the Linux crowd to sort out, confirm my patch, ask
(me)? for further help in terms of bending the C to the compiler's
will.
