Is there a particular place you put the extracted files ? Reason is from time to time I do a fresh install of a new version of linux (running Kubuntu 9.04 at present but thinking of trying Mehpis)
I have a number of partitions that i don't destroy and thought i could extract the source code in there and _all_ will be well or is this bad, wrong, thinking. I usually stay within the system repo's so never really built from source code. Your guidance on this would be great. Dave. On Tuesday 26 May 2009 07:04:36 pm Ehsanul Hoque wrote: > I see the issue.
