First compiled release of Policeman failed to launch entirely on Mac
OS X, for me at least. :-( I'm not fearless enough to compile it, so
I hope why tries again soon. It sounds hella spiff.
In the meantime, Raisins is pretty darn nice when you want to run
around on some Shoes.

In which case, here's the answer:
"Policeman" is the name of the next version of shoes, Shoes 3. Just
like "Raisins" is Shoes 2 and "Curious" is the version version of
Shoes to be released (if I remember correctly). Shoes 3 will work
with ruby 1.9 I believe, and is sure to have lots of other goodness.

Well, the anticipated due date was a while back I think. Just be
patient. You might want to see if the changes you want are already
in the latest commits to the shoes source. Just clone the git
repository, and run rake within the directory to compile the latest
shoes source (by default compiles to a new folder called "dist"),
and check if it works out for you.
