[shogun] GSoC 2016 Large Scale Gaussian Process

Hi all,

I would like to be involved in the Large Scale Gaussian Process project 
for this years Google Summer of Code.

I have experience coding a couple GP regressors in C++, and in 
python+Theano.

As the GSoC page says that I shouldn't message the mentors directly, I'm 
posting this here to express my interest.
