Hi, I have finished my GSoC proposal and I think I should send it to you guys and ask for some feedback.
My proposal is now completely focusing on the (part outdated) linalg refactoring project. I am not sure whether this is okay. I can also remove ViennaCL part or rearrange current schedule, and fill file reader/smart pointer in. And I am also wondering whether my schedule is too general. Any suggestion is welcome. Thanks!
