[shogun] minimizer is not SGObject

Hi Wu,

i was wondering if it’s just a mistake or it’s deliberate that the Minimizer 
class is not inherited from SGObject, hence serialization and other SGObject 
functionalities are not available… (like sg_ref, sg_unref)
