Hi, I finally solved the bug in Any.h. GDB is awesome :D So I think tags is ready to be merged, just need confirmation then I can squash the commits.
After this is merged, I can start a PR for SWIG. Will also send a PR for nuclei-net regression cookbook today and update previous cookbooks. Also need to plan how to use plugins code from sergey's aer and put it in shogun. Thanks, Sanuj
