Hi


   - New data is required for my neural net regression cookbook. There is
   only 1-D data for regression but i think multi-dimensional data would be
   better for a neural net. Will send a PR for this.
   - Updated the old cookbook PRs with comments.
   - Updating the tags SWIG interface with the latest commits on my tags
   branch. Will send a PR for this after my current tags PR gets merged.
