The clubs I had before were purchased
before I started building clubs. They were called Tour Gear and were
basically Hawkeye wannabes (I think Hierko sells them). When I originally
built the TX-90's they were shorter than the Tour Gear set, which, by the way,
had budget Aldila shafts in them. I didn't like them shorter so I lengthed
them>>problem is SW is about D-5 now, which could affect swingspeed and
distance also. Listed lofts are 1* different with the DFS's being
stronger. The TX-90 shafted set is easily more accurate>>course
maybe I'm a better golfer now:-). Also, the Tour Gear set isn't
uniform>>sw's vary from D-1 to D-4, their not FLOed and the
cpms do not consistently increase through the
set.
