Frankly, I don't think low torque makes any difference other than it feels
stiffer. If the flex is right for your swing, the head will be square. I was
97-103 mph and a CVP-150 S at 3.9� torque felt just right to me. Any stiff
shaft around 2.5�- 3.5� should work fine. Remember that a long driver shaft
plays a little softer beacuse of the high swingweight. I've never even
looked for long shafts that stiff, but Graman makes a couple XX, Harrison
has some overpriced ones, etc. Check in Clubmaker Online's long driver
section (if you can find it). The Aldila Longwood 50/50, CVP-150, and Pure
Energy which I use are all too soft for what you're looking for. If you only
want to go to 47", there are a lot of XX shafts at 46" lengths.
