Interesting!
I just visited AJ Tech's web site, and here is their current position...
For the Z Tour Series and the AJ 60 series,
graphics should be placed at 6 o'clock.
For all other series, graphics
should be placed at 3 o'clock (right side)
(9 o'clock - left side for left handed golfers)
of shaft looking down the shaft
from butt to tip...
On each AJ Tech shaft, there is a yellow grease pencil
line on the butt end indicating the spline. When installing,
the spline should always be facing the target.
Looks like they are still in fundamental disagreement with Penley over
placement of the spine, and even how you spell it. But they are orienting
the logo w.r.t. the spine differently for some models.
Anyway, my AJ shaft is currently beheaded. When I decide what head to
replace on it, I'm going to try a 12-6 spine instead of following their
directions as I did last time.
Cheers!
