I bought a few of the Palmer gripless shafts a few months back (some of you may remember my posts about how to get a better grip, ultimately solved with a neat product called Speedwrap -- highly recommended, BTW).
Mine were "extra firm," which I think translates to "Tiger can't bend this." Just amazingly stiff. I could never get any sort of decent feeling club out of them. I used a variety of heads and experimented with tip trim, but everything I ended up with was like swinging a very, very light 2x4. I think the ones John is selling are regular flex (right, John?) and probably much better feeing than what I had. FWIW, even with the outrageously stiff flex and dead feel, I was able to get good distance and control out of them. IIRC, the Integra IV was the best performer, but the aluminum Power Play 10deg felt better.
