Al, The following is extracted from their Upgrade Guide. This section was specific to upgrading from Explorer or other browser. (Favorites/ Bookmarks/Profiles were automatically handled for Netscape 4.5 on)
/Ed Importing Favorites If you are upgrading from Microsoft Internet Explorer, your IE Favorites are automatically imported into Netscape 7.0. They are stored in an IE Favorites folder accessible from the Bookmarks menu in your browser. If you are migrating from another browser, your favorites, or the equivalent, won�t be imported, and you�ll need to re-create them.
