Shit is French? I thought it was a golf term... Without going to one of the spam blocker products, the only way to hold back some of the tide is to stop blocking senders and start filtering by content. Seems I recall the path in OE is Tools > Message Rules > Mail. Pick the checkboxes for the appropriate content location (subject, body, etc.), then give it a conservative, logical first set of words for filtering. Look at 15-20 of your current spam messages to get an idea of what the common words are. Until you're confident in the filter word set, don't make the rule delete the messages. Just push them over to a quarantined folder. Check that folder now and then to see what you are catching. Then, once you are confident in how it works, you can change the rule to delete the incoming filtered e-mails if you want. Filtering is not perfect, but if you craft your word list well, you'll catch a bunch. Burgess
