Contact Bohning Co. 1-800-253-0136 it is an insert ferrule # 50 Item # 701147 (not as rounded on top as Callaway o-ring, but still damn good).
Sold in lots of 100. If you don't want to purchase that many, I suggest that the Callaway ferrules can be saved and reused. Here's how to do it: gently heat with a heat gun the upper part of the short steel hosel while CONTINUOUSLY TURNING THE SHAFT, gently pull the ferrule away from the top of the hosel all around with the dull edge of a utility knife, if it doesn't move or stops moving STOP and heat some more. Using this method you can completely free the ferrule before pulling the head. After head is removed sand off epoxy residue on shaft tip and slide off the ferrule from the shaft. If the ferrule is distorted it can be straightened by pressing it into the HEATED hosel then press the top of the ferrule down on the benchtop. Do it all the time on all kinds of ferrules that have serial numbers on them or have color ring combinations like the Clevelands. Also a handy tip for oversize ferrules that I can't match. I also use this method to!
custom make a ferrule for a "barrel" hosel. Heat the hosel and push the ferrule down a shaft section placed into the hosel. The ferrule melts to conform to the "barrel".
