I am a member of the Partners Club. They offer a lot of 2 for 1 offers, usually Monday through Friday, before 2pm. The courses dictate the offer. Send me your zipcode and I can give you some examples in your area. The free items: you send in a card that you have filled out. If they draw your card, you get that item, club/bag/balls/shirt/whatever, to try out and do an evaluation on. After that you keep the item. I've been a member for about two years and haven't received anything yet.

Couldn't find a list of discount courses anywhere. That usually means that 1 course is 50% off and the others are 5% off. He also said that he received 4 $10 off coupons good at ANY golf course nationwide. He lives in Los Angeles so maybe there are some courses there that offer discounts.
