Bob,
I am a member of the Partners Club. They offer a lot of 2 for 1 offers, usually Monday through Friday, before 2pm. The courses dictate the offer. Send me your zipcode and I can give you some examples in your area. The free items: you send in a card that you have filled out. If they draw your card, you get that item, club/bag/balls/shirt/whatever, to try out and do an evaluation on. After that you keep the item. I've been a member for about two years and haven't received anything yet.

Does anybody have any comments about PGA Tour Partners Membership?
Couldn't find anything in the archives. Is anybody a member?

My brother joined it and is trying to get me to join ( Sounds like
they offered him a commission). I'm mainly interested in the "up to
50% off" course discounts.

An Internet search didn't result in anything more then general
membership info and cost. Couldn't find a list of discount courses
anywhere. That usually means that 1 course is 50% off and the others
are 5% off. He also said that he received 4 $10 off coupons good at
ANY golf course nationwide.

He lives in Los Angeles so maybe there are some courses there that
offer discounts. I live near Buffalo so my guess is no one offers PGA
Tour discounts here

They also state that you get to demo and keep golf items, but if I
recall that was a sham.

Thanks

Bob Sielski
