Some questions: are the heads put on with pins through the hosels, does the customer want to play with these clubs or "hang them on the wall", does he want restored leather grips?
If pinned heads you must drive out pins before pulling the shafts, no doubt the shafts are taper tip, I suggest replacing with taper tips and repining (you can save the pins), problem will come with the grips - getting underlistings, collars and leather wrap, and butt caps if they had them originally. Short cut is to regrip with Danny Seng's leather grips.  Now, you understand the questions of playing with them or hanging them.  I recently restored an older set of clubs with hickory shafts, refinished the shafts replaced some buttcaps, removed rust from heads, polished, waxed and rewhipped grip mouths and hosels on woods. This was a job for "hanging as decor".
Last, is your customer ready to spend about $70-$80 PER CLUB? Plus a fee for rebending loft/lie.
If you ream hosels, reshaft, regrip and send the heads out for rechroming the price may be a little higher. Anyway the job is not that difficult and can be a new experience with the only challenge being getting the parts required.
