Hi Jent's,
I use two 4' x 4' targets in each of my hitting nets in the retail store and recently switched from a mesh style to a solid and wow what a difference, a 100 yd 5 iron sounds like a 300 yd drive, it's amazing to see the look on peoples faces when they produce the type of pop that they didn't know they possessed, maybe P. T. was on to something.
Received a shipment from Golfsmith today and found 8 TX 90 wd r's that were SST pured instead of the 8 TX 90 iron r's that weren't that I ordered.
I put them on my Neufinder Two that Royce was nice enough to make for me and found they were all over the place, the first one had S1 at the target so I figured OK this is what their doing, the second one had S1 at 12:00 o'clock, ? and all the others were somewhere in between mostly closer to S1 at 3 o'clock.
I have the urge to build a new set of irons and have been vacillating between the KZG forged II m and Golfsmith's version of the new Adam's style irons, I like offset for fade control but don't like the extra height, I kind of hit every thing too high as it is.
Checked Tom W'S site again this morning hoping to see something that would be just up my alley but still couldn't get on, I have a lot of faith in him and am sure he will have some really cool stuff but like the rest of you I'm chomping at the bit.
