Asked Dynacraft about their new Apollo Balistik weight, since it is 117
grams in the catalog and 136 grams on their web site. Here's their
response:
Bernie:
The website is correct. We had a misprint in the
catalog.

Technical Manager Dynacraft Golf Products, Inc. Darn! Sounds like DC's Balistik is the same shaft as Bob reported
on from Hireko. At 117 grams and 43", it would have made a really good
lightweight stepless steel iron shaft. Also found out that Elta's Supreme
Gold stepless steel iron shaft that was 39" and 114 grams in R is no longer
available. They've substituted an R/S that weighs 134 grams at 41". Double darn!
The original 114 gram stepless was a pretty good performing one.
Anyone know of a stepless steel iron shaft under 115 grams at 39" or more?
Or, a graphite iron shaft about 100 grams? Either or both under $9?
Tour Golf has some stepless steel iron shafts about 123 grams at
41" (which would be equivalent to about 117 grams at 39", I
think), but they don't seem to have quite as much zip for me
as Elta's did at same deflection trim.
