ShopTalk: fairway woods

I need some help. I've got a new fairway wood design that I'm going 
to offer, available in either 3,5, or 7. I'd like to start with one 
loft and wonder what your experience might be in selling fairway 
woods. Of the three, would you suggest starting with a 3, 5 , or 7 
wood?
