I'm certainly not "upset." I simply disagreed that a plugged shaft can't be installed without it creeping out of the hosel. The term "shaft creep" is probably one of mine, maybe not. Several of the clubmakers I've dealt with here in sunny CA use the term often.

Sorry if I offended you in any way. I just never take a chance with the shaft creeping. In fact I never heard the term "shaft creep". I use a small drill bit to enlarge the hole on tip weights.
I don't want to have redo a club the next day. I am also very careful about getting to much epoxy up the shaft. I've seen both OEM and custom clubs with 3 to 4 inches of epoxy up the shaft. Not a good thing, maybe we can agree on that.
Just so you know, I have assembled a club or two in the 30 years or so I've been doing this.
I have learned a thing or two and expect to keep on learning.
I've also learned not to get to upset over what is said in an email.  df
