If OOOO steel wool doesn't work, or Blue Away, or car polish rubbing compound fails, get some "Naval Jelly." CocaCola isn't anything but sugar, caramel coloring, and a little flavoring. Using "Coke" to remove rust is a waste of time. Naval Jelly works nearly every time. Naval Jelly is a mild acid compound that works to clear out the rust only.
