Rotate the shaft under tension near the butt and it wi act like it is going over a "speed bump"     the top of the bump is the spine, when it passes the bump and comes to rest the shaft is at NBP. Mark each of these. You can now FLO the shaft (bet you thought you were finished). If you don't FLO the shaft you have done half the job. Spine can be placed at 3, or 9 o'clock position as you hold the club at address. Regarding these positions we can now open the great debate which should last until the last carole is sung! Arnie
