Try the muni - Anaheim Hills. Or try Mile Square GC which is nearby. Yet
another muni. Dad Miller's a short course. There's also Costa Mesa GC - 2
courses. Further west, about 9 miles from D'Land is Cypress GC, on Katella
Ave in Los Alamitos/Cypress . It was designed by the Pete Dye company. Not
too expensive. Still further west is El Dorado GC in Long Beach - another
muny.There's Willowick in Santa Ana as well. Problem with the munys is
getting on. The pressure on the courses is enormous.

BTW: I used to live in Los Alamitos, 9 miles from D'Land. Played just about
every course in the area, both public and private.
