The tip worked great! a little break free did
the trick. Any one want a light duty shaft puller for pulling shafts from
standard bore heads? only used on sundays by my grandma!!! - jim

You have to use some
heat to breakdown the epoxy! LOL Don't send it back so fast! First try some
penetrating oil, let it soak in the threads then UNSCREW IT. If that fails
after a few tries apply heat to the part that the threaded rod goes into.
Heat, put away torch or heat gun and then UNSCREW. Once it is freed up put
some toothpaste on the threads (yes, toothpaste) work the screw back and forth
several times till it moves easily. Wipe off toothpaste and apply some grease
to the threads. Now sell it on ebay! Sent me cash equal to the amount
you would have spent on freight back to Golfsmith!
