If they're steel shafts you don't need a shaft puller/head pusher. Just heat the hosel and twist/pull the shaft. Wear a glove.

Thanks a lot, You have helped a great deal. My original thought was to drill it out, but I was afraid it may have been a hardened screw or dowel. I didn't want to damage the hosels or shafts That worried me the most. If it is soft metal, it should not be too difficult at all. I will torch the shafts and use my shaft puller after I get the pin removed. Since they are forged they should clean up real good.
