Well, I ain't arguin', just commentin'. If your putter works then that's good for you and any folks who use it. As regards the "first time I tried it" comment, here's another story.  I played in a tournament in the middle to late 60's. I won some scrip worth about $40.00 or so, reedemable only at the golf course where the tourney was held. The only item in the shop with a price tag that came close to the amount of the scrip was a Ping "Z-Blade" putter. I took it out onto the putting green and dropped 3 balls. This is no exaggeration; the first putt, of about 30', went in the hole. So did the second putt. The third putt stopped close. I bought the putter. I still have it some 35 - 40 years later.

Like every other golfer on earth (who can afford it), I've used probably 20 - 30 putters. Light, heavy, long, short, mallet, blade, center shafted, heel shafted . . . just about any configuration imaginable. No putter works better for me, than does the old Z Blade.

Having said all that though, if you'd like to send me a "free" putter for comments, I'd be happy to try one out, no charge ;-)
