I've been looking to add a couple of offset heads to my demos.  All I've done is look at them on the web, I have not touched or hit any of them.   Just going by specs, I figure the Special Force is the most extreme, then the Infiniti Propulsion 460 Offset, then the Maxwell Curve.  After that maybe the SMT Nemesis Offset.  After that, there are a bunch that only have a 1º closed face which to my way of thinking is probably only a little better than a 2º closed on a regular head.

I used to play an offset driver and it does help a lot, despite what some people theorize.   If you are willing to pay full retail you could try a Henry-Griffitts driver fitting.  They always had a head that had a lot more offset than what I see in components and pro-line clubs.

If you try one, report back.  I'd be interested in how it went for you.

After years of trying, I have decided that I will probably not eliminate my fade/slice through natural methods.  Anyway, it is not a dramatic slice, and I have tried heads such as the Pwerplay 3000 – 6061 with a 2* closed face, and a hand picked Wishon Firehawk with a 2* closed face, with some success, but am thinking that an offset head might do the trick.

I have no experience with them and was wondering if someone could recommend a good one.  I’ve seen the Bang Maxwell Curve and Golfsmith Special Force.  Any suggestions?

Thanks.
