Just to be sure we're on the same page:  these are the X-Tour forged irons.  The shaft is ferruled and does not go all the way through the hosel like the classic Callaway irons.  There is a faux "plug" in the base of the hosel, though.

I called Callaway after posing this question here, and the nice lady who I spoke with in Customer Service said that it was a .355 taper.

I have done the dremel cutting on other Callaway reshafts, and it works well with a good quality plastic hosel plug to drive the shaft tight against the hosel wall.
